Come And See Us
New Clients
Are you a NEW client ready to join us on the couch?
Great! Because we’ve got appointments available right now in-person and online.
All you have to do is book a call and someone from our admin team will get in touch for a FREE 15 min phone to discuss the details.
Alternatively, if these times don’t suit, please call us on
0431 622 729 and leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
We provide care for a big number of clients and families across the Illawarra. In order to ensure everyone gets fair and equal access, cancellation fees apply for any no shows or late cancellations (within a 48hr window). We understand that at times unexpected events occur and we are happy to provide reschedules where possible. We kindly ask that you provide us as much notice as possible, so we can offer the time to another client waiting.
Unfortunately, we do not offer bulk billed appointments. If you are looking for these services, please discuss this with your local GP.
Most of our psychologists work part-time, consulting across back-to-back appointments. They are unable to take phone calls outside of their scheduled appointments. We encourage you to discuss any queries you have during your scheduled session times. We also offer 1:1 parent sessions if there are many things to discuss.
Our phone/inbox is not monitored or responded to outside of standard business hours. If you are needing emergency care, please access the resources section for more information
